Plot and Characters

At a fitness class run by instructor Emilio, we meet and learn about the participants. Shazza is a highly empathic Journalism student. Dave is a charismatic Sports Science major. Rosey is a widow in her 70s who suffers osteoarthritis. Ben, a nineteen-year-old who wants to build his physique and is becoming increasingly obsessed with the male form. Kirri is a refugee. Belinda is an overweight divorcee. Byron works in IT and is looking for love. Larry is ex-military and now a family man. But what drama and emotions will be purged as they sweat it out?…down at the gym today!
